1. Account Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Age and Legal Requirements

Parents, guardians, and adults are strictly prohibited from allowing minors to access or use jltttt services under their accounts or any other means.

1.2 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with jltttt. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using the identities of others, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. If we detect or have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have opened multiple accounts, we reserve the right to: (i) close all duplicate accounts without notice; (ii) void all bets, winnings, and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts; (iii) confiscate all funds in such accounts; and (iv) pursue legal action for fraud or breach of contract. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into your jltttt account are legally obtained and that you have the legal right to use such funds for gambling purposes.

2.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and financial crime prevention policies. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, jltttt reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms & Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
